Paul Kingsley (ACMA) has worked in management consultancy, client-side in commercial finance and corporate development, and as both CFO and CEO within leading international agencies. During the last 10 years Paul has held agency management roles within integrated marketing and digital agencies such as TBWA, Tequila and Oyster. Paul’s specialist areas are content, digital, entertainment, brand communications & branding. Paul provides strategic consulting advice to clients and represents them through M&A. Paul also leads the new venture and intellectual property offers, helping clients to realise untapped value from within their business and explore new agency business models.
Julian Davies leads the financial consultancy offer at Bare. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and since then has spent over 20 years working across the marketing services sector in a range of large and small businesses and across various disciplines such as digital, PR, design, advertising, experiential, mobile, entertainment and production. His experience has been gained at agencies such as TBWA, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Skive, Agency Space and cchm:ping. After 17 years as an employee and 10 years as a shareholder finance director, he moved into consultancy advising owner managed agencies. Julian specialty is maximising the efficiency of the agency, ensuring there is effective financial reporting and providing a professional platform from which the agency can grow.
